Guys maybe I'm missing something, but for credit card e-statement option via RHB account, can we view it on the app or online (new website version)? I can only seem to view it online (old website version).

Anyone use auto deduction to pay for Great Eastern insurance premiums by registering via Great Eastern online portal?

Is that classified as online spend? Or is it considered auto-bill spend?

Got a SMS invitation from RHB for Dial In Installment.

Just curious, if I accept it (6 month installment at 0%), will it affect my total spend for the month?

Example:

Transaction A (eligible for Dial In Installment): RM2,000
Other transactions: RM1,000

In my statement, will my monthly total be RM3k, RM1k? For cashback tiers, which number would be used?

Not possible. How about in the last two days of the previous cycle, those will count in for current cycles

Yes this is an annoying issue. All of us face it. For some reason available credit always rm10 to rm30 lower than available limit.

I did not get any Shell bonus whatsoever, despite spending at Shell 3-5 times a month. My card was approved in April 2021. Any idea how come?

When paying DBKL's cukai taksiran online, do we qualify for online cashback?

If no, does the spend count towards the total spend? Example, RM200 cukai taksiran. Total spend excluding cukai taksiran is RM2,400. Will the total spend tier for the month be RM2,400 or RM2,600?

EDIT: Any other alternative recommendation to pay DBKL bills?

Just wondering, how did you confirm it? I read the T&C, doesn't mention if it still counts towards the monthly spending.
