Hey Bro, U must know your game plan and strategy lorr...I believe everyone of us have our own plan.

since u working in cyber, can assume that u are not a junior clark, monthly installment for a 250K property is around 1K++, holding power is definately not an issue for u.

U still can choose to rent a room in SK maybe just rm500-600, and u can rent out the soho with higher rental. Imagine 1 year, 2 years, 3 years u save how much? after that u can sell it, the money u earn can help u to pay the downpayment of your future home

inot neccesary u must buy cyber but it is still better than do nothing now and continue paying rental smile.gif

Can't eat much so not suitable for buffet.

The steamboat in Shaftsbury quite nice. i like the homemade seafood balls and variety of secret recipe pastes.
