Price wise cant remember already, each type price slightly different on floors rclxub.gif
I grabbed the low floor smallest studio unit @ 250k+
2 more type 975sf and 1020sf 390k onwards.

U see some place over supply also people BBB only. I no worry because can use for own stay since i work at there biggrin.gif

ETA early 2016. From developers history project always finish earlier so expect finish at end of 2015

Got a few grab for invest. Ghost town? U not familiar with CJ issit? You know there is some starbucks and crowded restaurants area? Yourself knew some development going on like D Pulze and new Uni/colleges as mentioned few post back.

Better if its ghost town, even resident evil town. Hell yeah i live whole town with peace no one kacao me haha.
I just need a peace place to stay and will go out for entertainment.

Not the location, they don't konw anything about cyber i think. Old school type parent.
They think this 500sf too small not worth 280k+, should at least find 3 rooms apartment/condo.
No way to get sponsor as I'm also support their expenses, poorfag family.
