Is the salary good in cyberjaya?

Not to say good, competitive compared KL, especially those comes from Seremban.

The call center jobs seems attractive for fresh newbies because the starting pay meet their expected and doesn't required experience and regardless you are from which discipline. So they just apply there for MNC (IT and banking) working experience and then jump3 after short period.

And most of them come from Seremban, because 'nearer than KL + got DTS bus'
