Especially those like Mutiara, have 10% discount.

But still you can't stop people buy for flip, I know one of my colleague is buy Mutiara to flip. I can foresee he gonna have some tough time with this unit.

If more and more people just buy Cyberjaya to goreng, soon there gonna have a lot of default. Too many new projects are launching in this place. So far I see the supply is higher than demand here.

But the property here are selling KL /PJ price.. even without all the facilities. I guess it's more on rental play this area, which is a long term game.
