The comparison is off. The property scene has only started in 09/10 for Cyber. So the 14 years later will be 2023. smile.gif

Hardly any place to eat? laugh.gif Means you are in no way familiar with Cyber. Or I just wonder how much food u can really stomach. laugh.gif

Btw, please stop lumping the big chaotic mess together with Cyber. Apple to orange comparison.

U obviously are doubting our financial capabilities here.. btw, we wanna see more pr1ma cos they are good for the market, to provide for lower middle income people.. moreover, MK land is the one building all the pr1ma and they own the bulk of the land in CBJ..

I am literally grew up around cyber since MMU first day (one of the pioneer project last time )
Graduated from cyber
Work at cyber (one of the company who jv with cyberview last timr). ground experience..not pure speculation

So literally i spent my life at cyber. Im not investor coz im a bit late to join d party here.

20years on(around)..can u pleaseeeee suggest me why no of population doesnt grew up so much?

I welcome more ppl to stay at cyber. And i believe it will. Can see la nowadays more car altho not as bad as sunway or damansara.
Im not against cyber. Lol why i have to hate cyber coz i grew up and still working at cyber. Hahahah.

One thing i came up with the number is..it is just doesnt make sense for people to buy small unit for own stay. 500sqft is just very small for family of 3 or 4..and it is extremely overprice for me for almost half a million



500k can get decent service aptment elsewhere (suria residence @ bj an example but ini contoh saja)

Im scared that high paid people like u are very very short of information

It's not just prima by federal. State gov also already have these kinds of prima project.

Please read more. There are alot in KV and people already move in. Enough with the spoonfed

And please lah dont doubt others financial capabilities.

But brands yang masuk d pulze macam biasa2 saja..

Not sure..hopefully some good brands will join in soon.

haha, most if not all malls in malaysia have the same bunch of tenants.. looking at Quill city malls tenants is more depressing than D Pulze.. d pulze better open soon.. IOI city is opening in 1 month but it's not so near to sibehjaya la

If Malaysia government only knows how to make money by increasing price, but not making things like people, infrastructure, policy better & better

yup....totally agree with u....

i dun mind if thing getting expensive....but provided our income also must increase parellal wiyh inflation....

but without FDI....really hard for Malaysia to achieve developed n high income country by year 2020...

Government just know to use short cut to reduce debts by introduce several taxes...but they never think to built country through wise spending, create friendly and open policy for business and investment , high and quality education for rakyat, enhance security and safety of rakyat, to be competitive and inovative in all aspects, to combat corruptions.....etc...

ok as for me, my basis is based on my wife's experience, her colleagues and my own friends that has grew up studying and working in cyberjaya (i shall nt named here if u actually understand why tongue.gif)

if u think its a good investment go ahead lo, no one is stopping anyone to invest...
wht im trying to do is to point out another view in the forum, so tht some newbies could see from a diff view.
