eh Cyber to Bukit Jalil is 20 mins according to google maps la.. but I agree cyber to KLCC is faster than many other areas.. but when all d shoebox lakefront condo n more VP traffic will be heavier la

gov't should build more pr1ma in cyber side, so much of land untapped.. hope they build more then they already have planned.. u don't eat nasi lemak from the roadside ah? U very atas one. Memang can't stay near Pr1ma house.. suggest u buy in Damansara Heights/Kenny hills, no pri1ma there..

actually prima condo supposed to look like normal condo one.. pr1ma is not low/medium cost.. the average prima condo looks better than cyber condos like cyberia blink.gif

yea i see prima buyers there earn 3k -8k joined salary.. so they maybe white collar people la..

im very sure they will be better for Cbj then those African n Midddle east kids.. Govt also wanna reduce all this problematic students from coming in so pr1ma will be better in the long run.

U obviously are doubting our financial capabilities here.. btw, we wanna see more pr1ma cos they are good for the market, to provide for lower middle income people.. moreover, MK land is the one building all the pr1ma and they own the bulk of the land in CBJ..

haha, most if not all malls in malaysia have the same bunch of tenants.. looking at Quill city malls tenants is more depressing than D Pulze.. d pulze better open soon.. IOI city is opening in 1 month but it's not so near to sibehjaya la

Milktea n makeyouhappy only know how to flame other people.. especially hitting syazwan by saying people like him n me can't afford to buy houses thts why support affordable housing.. IMHO, i hope cyber got a lot of affordable housing to make sure investors like the both of you lose money!
