What i concurred:-
Point 1.
K.S: For me it’s easy, anytime is a good time to buy, as long as it is within one’s capability to buy. If you find something that you feel comfortable with in a preferred location, and then you should go ahead and buy it, don’t time your market.

Point 2 -
K.S: For me, it would probably be in a different order. First, I’ll look at the location, and then evaluate the product, followed by the price. Finally is to ensure the reputation of the developers.

Point 3 -
Y.K: Kajang and Cyberjaya. Both of them are relatively near to town, and connected by major highways. I think a lot of developers are coming into Kajang with exciting developments. As for Cyberjaya, the location is adjacent to Puchong and Kajang too, so it is very strategic.

I am their supporter, following their facebook, indeed they never encourage BBB but express their fair review to each project....

as I said, if they are not good, property magz wont promoting them for free...except they paid for it....which I think unlikely.

what makes tamarind square stand out from the rest?
tujuan gemilang style?
is it because of their location close to landed homes hence higher class of people to visit there?
wonder who will manage the tenants into tamarind square
or because of its design with elevators to top floors and trees?
then emkay is developing a new commercial called radius??

for whatever reason yoghurt cafe does not seem to be successful
you can see the previous one operated by naza group
not many people actually go there and many already close
i think the usual kopitiam still attract many to patronise with free wifi...

everyone invest in cyber with a vision, if we only look at pass & history, then we shouldn't buy cyber at all...past 10 years of cyber is a failure until they change their direction and inject new elements.

think about it, how come san Francisco coffee earn so much money by just doing 5 days biz and only serve HP staffs.

More choices for the cyber workers and residents.
However, still think that the real boost factor will be shopping mall c/w cinemas and SRJK C.
