Went to Summer Glades @ Cyberjaya last week.
Owner put up for sale 24'x85', it has been 1 year vacant and no inquiry.
Also dropped by Garden Residence, noticed that the occupancy rate is extremely low, it'd is a place that is very suitable for foreigner, as for local, I think Cyberjaya is still lacking happening places compared to MK.
Whether a place is "Wong" or not, it can only be judged when the night came.. wink.gif

Yes, Aspen already completed. Think many units available from developer. It is like ghost town.

My brother has a unit in Summerglades currently rented it out @ R3,600/ (unfurnished). Understand occupancy rate >50% less than 1 year after VP. To me is good for a new and untested area....

A friend of mine put up her unit at Kinrara Residence for sales coming to 1 year no taker for matured area like Kinrara what is your comment?

Ya I stay in Kinrara Residence, it is going quite slow and price has dropped 5% since VP.
Occupancy rate just reached 40% (after one year).
A lot of investors in KR too, the total number is huge 447 units, bout 91 units still pending for sale. Bubble is bursting, most of the places are affected, just different magnitude only.
I think summer glades occupancy rate is <25%.

I think i mentioned bfr that cbj landed prop owner typically in their early 30s, my colleagues 28yo only bought into garden residence. If crisis happen rest assured these ppl gonna affect less. Landed cbj owners cushion these impacts esp if they are own stayers. Try dig deeper into these group, not
Soho/sovo type of owners in cbj
