I agreed on the large living room, but the bed rooms are far too small. Putting aside the bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, Master Bedroom can put a queen size bed and a wardrobe, not much space left.

Toilet that between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 is rather not significant; its door can't open full wide and if you open the door widely, will cause banging the toilet bowl, this toilet is even comes with shower glass panels, doesn't work as the toilet is already so small.

Maybe the developer wants to give the most specs or give the specs for the sake of keeping promise but somehow the specs must also be practical enough.

Just my 2 cents.

I hear a lot of complaints about Serin layout. Looks like developer didn't do proper allocation of space. On the other hand, facilities and landscaping wise, Serin is the most beautiful i've seen in cyberjaya so far. I'd love to live there Sadly I missed the launch last time, now it's very expensive.

You can still buy. RM580k per unit, forgot the total unit size. If you like it for own stay, this should be a good price, and I notice many buyers of Serin R tends to sell it faster. So you can work hard to find a unit in Serin.

I agreed on the nice landscaping and facade, facilities, but I'm more concern about bedroom size; bedrooms are where we sleep every day but facilities, i may use it once a week. Just to share my thought only.

Developer already selling future price.

Even not Cyberjaya, also cannot flip.

Still out of budget for me, haha. Can only afford that price if got early bird deals. You are right, bedroom layouts are more important for own stay.

What are the shopping malls coming to Cyber other than D'Pulze? Hope there will be proper larger mall. I passed by D'Pulze a few times already, seems very small. Surely not sufficient for the expected 100k residents in Cyber come 2016.

For big one, I guess nearest would be ioi city mall in putrajaya which is a few km away.

Ops. I checked google map.. ~13km but the road like quite easy.

Even puchong took more than 15yrs to hit 100k....

100k is expected for the year 2020

Actually they are targeting 100k by 2016 and 210k by 2020.

That's quite ambitious. But I would be happy if it happens.
