Shaftburry Square continues to take the lead on commercials in cyber - plenty of new tenants especially F&B (bakery shop, fuel up burger, banana leaf Indian restaurant....) so many F&B choices available and I think more to come continuously!

Visited Serin Residency yesterday, a bit disappointed with the layout - bed rooms are too small, it is better do it without maid room and maid toilet.

I've also visited Serin Residency last April.
Same thought on the bedroom size, but maybe good for those who put more concern on dining and living hall.
I don't really like such floorplan though.

However, the facilities are superb.

I like Mutiara Ville's floorplan (more space for the rooms)... but I think facilities wise, wouldn't be as good. also higher density.
