Lol...bro. cool. I think be it cyber, klcc or cheras are high level. Go facebook to ask them in their fb on which proj in cheras, klcc, or kajang.

I think hot spot or not, it is down to specific projs or properties. KLCC has condos that come good yield, of coz those biggie are bad in term of yield or cap appreciation, still there are good developments. Just matter of which proj. Again, look at kajang and cheras, there are so many projects. Some comes with USP, some just ride the bbb waves and destined to suffer or struggle. So, in this critical time i.e. end of property boom, picking the right proj is more crucial than picking the right hotspot. Well, no doubt, all areas mentioned have good proj to buy. Good luck!
