I have went to cyberjaya area and spent hours surveying the area in the past 2 weeks. Very good potential, I hope our govt plans well and sets aside space and infrastructure for future transport. Only thing I was unhappy about was that most of the land there are now used to build ACCOMMODATION, especially prime land around Persiaran Multimedia. I think it's more important to focus on work places, like office buildings (exp. Glomac pj, Gardens offices, Megan Ave I & II), this way there will be people to stay in those accommodation.

An mrt service here will be perfect

Are there any malls target to be built here?

Yes, D'pulse is a shopping mall which is going to open in August 2014. I heard there's a MRT line 2 which will cover both putrajaya and cyberjaya. It might not be true and if it's accurate, it's going to take years.

By 2018-2020, u will find many malls..street malls, F&B mall at your doorsteps

by that time, residential type condo or landed will be more expensive...

Dpulze is open by end of 2014 (Targetting Q3 2014)

I think Dpulze is more of a neighbourhood mall. Being the first mall in Cyberjaya, it would definitely be popular (caveat: until a better and bigger mall comes along). The list of tenants are ok.

Im not sure where is bus terminal...if u see Tune logo on the building, then that is Dpulze

if im not mistaken got Plan B as well but not included in the picture...

the bus terminal is opposite D'pulze.
