Robert Kuok donates RM100mil for construction of Xiamen University Malaysia library

KUALA LUMPUR: The Xiamen University Malaysia Campus - China's first university to be set up abroad, received a great boon when Tan Sri Robert Kuok donated RM100mil for its construction.

Kuok, a Malaysian tycoon based in Hong Kong, donated the sum for the construction of the university's library, which is part of the main building.

This was announced by Tan Sri Ong Ka Ting, who is the Prime Minister's special envoy to China during a luncheon attended by China president Xi Jinping, Kuok, businessmen and representatives from non-governmental organisations.

The campus is a branch of the Xiamen University in China and would be built at Salak Tinggi, near Sepang.

It is expected to be operational in September 2015.

Hi bro  biggrin.gif

why u think of invest in cyber ? or why u like cyberjaya ?

for ur question, hard to answer....nobody know your profile and what kind of investment suit u the most...

mayb u should start with your affordability 1st...landed ? condo ? soho ?

u need to know which category u wan to invest, then find out the best choice within the category, then u can think of what kind of ppl u can target, to buy or rent ur unit....then think again, your targetting group can match your investment prop ? condo got affordable range to high range...same as soho/studio... (so call the best choice within the cateogory also depends on your investment strategy smile.gif )

my 2cent opinion  smile.gif

Thanks for your kind advise... I see cyber is growing rapidly, and it's cheaper compare to other place like damansara.. It's only 20 min to kl by mex.. So it's very convenient place..

And landed and soho which is like setia eco glades and roppongi? Not sub sale... It's actually for ownstay and investment.. There are too many projects really don't know which to buy, but I prefer one which is not too far away from the main road or near to MMU

smile.gif because built by the High End Developer ?.. so must be High Quality.. High End Project.. but compare with Singapore, Hong kong ..... still considered "reasonably priced.". next few years will be more expensive.. smile.gif

hp campus never had 10,000 employees as stated before, only a few thousand currently.. heard there will b a global retrenchment for Hp

like some other said, hoping cyber turn into another residential township rather than IT hub, but too many shoeboxes around n not many demand if there is not enough high pay executive. likely students with deep pockets might be able to afford..

can you tell me example of it office in tpm tat is shifting to cyber?
