Look at the list of the private developers who are stepping in SP Setia, Mah Sing, Villamas, Gadang, Teeland and many more. They are not fools! Cyberjaya will be a hit in the future... it's not a distant future too...

btw, does anyone aware that, unlike putrajaya, cyberjaya is not a halal township. This would mean there're chinese foods & bar in cyberjaya currently. there will be a chinese school in 2+ years time too.

Do you guys think 3rd avenue which beside shell and CCUMS is a good buy?
It's Kristal which has 1300+ and 1500+ sq feets are fallen into your soho category? Well, I don't think it's soho for me. I think that condo is pretty nice.

I really like 3rd avenue which is located at the centre of cyberjaya. But, I am also a bit worrying at the increasing number of soho in cyberjaya.
Would 3rd avenue has a better value proposition when compared to condo/soho nearby MMU such as Domain 1-4, Serin, Cristal, etc?
