cyberjaya is very strategic location, the main problem is the new launch price too ambitious oledy, not really fully develop as very high class township but oledy sell with very high class price....i guess most of the new projects are not selling well at cyberjaya, it might continue become like ghost town in the next few years since the entry price is way too high for a new develop area...

I choose Cyberjaya to stay in, raise my family and retire anytime than any other places. It's tranquil, serene and best of all, the township is well-plan and the road is wide.
