Really? It seems like one of the bigger gambles to me... Launch price already at 800++psf, is there much chance for capital appreciation? Unless if you went in early when Paragon was selling 450 sf @ 330k

Dont get me wrong tho, I love the idea of having mini skydecks every 4th floor, it was my second choice after Verdi. I wouldnt mind buying it for ownstay, just worried that the proximity to MMU and rental to students might affect resale value.

If is own stay I think that Pangaea is very convenient. But if for investment, capital appreciation will not as high as solstice. Close proximity to MMU means there will some business activity which leads to more crowd. To avoid resale value, choose your tenant carefully. Look for couples instead of student

Beg to differ , but i found a hidden gem in cyber which have the potential to yield 100% return if the buying and selling price was right (according to my calculation) , it's good for own stay , corporate leased , or just rent it as it is. Way better then Pangaea.

I always do not believe I am so lucky to bump up good deal so I never interested on fishy deal that promises good return.

Got money can play cyber. Limited capital better buy some where else.

Subsale condo in MK can play, buy and rent out immediately. Money straight away come in.

Buy and hold waiting for construction to complete and bet for better future is called gamble!
