Agreed! I wish I had the money to invest there.... Had my eyes set on Symphony Hills but it's way out of my price range sleep.gif

Huhu, Verdi was the one that I was looking at... I currently work in TTDI, my mom said must think of future (marriage+kids)

Wanted to get 700 sf, own stay... My mini bachelor pad! Thinking if so difficult to stay there, can rent out or sell off at better price considering Verdi is the only condo in Cyber which is residential (is it?)

Kind of hoping for the gomen's cooling measures to work... hoping Verdi's second tower launch will be same price/cheaper<---a man can dream!!

@MiLKTea

Cristal sounds REALLY nice, but out of my price range... Just started working, so all I can afford is a studio-size unit. My father definitely not willing to sign for joint loan, so for now just look longingly at cyber props ;(

blowwater101, i want to stay cyber cos it's very spacious there... can walk2, maybe cycle around. PJ/KL area no hope for this la, road is 100% for cars only. Summore Cyber still cheap compared to other KL areas. I was really attracted to the green/relaxed concept of Verdi. Plus, my bro got house at Garden Residences, can go see my nephew more often haha

if you look at price per unit, verdi is accessible due to it having studio-type suite but cristal is definitely cheaper for price psf....

anyway, if you are looking for studio-size, I think there are plenty in cbj, don't limit your choice to verdi only happy.gif but of course, the landscape in verdi is very attractive... drool.gif

cannot lar, once i saw the concept of Verdi, I cannot think about the rest oredi... Keep thinking, "this one not as nice as Verdi"

Jungwoo, my bro got wife and baby to take care, where can support me one prop!? haha

btw, my brother stay in cyber cos both he and his wife work there, so no brainer for them haha! Only complaint i can think of is that when they first move in, their place very very very quiet one... I think alot of people buy GR for investment... his road not many houses got people staying. Only now after a year or so got more people moving in. Amenities also problem la, but with all the dev's coming up, I think in 5-6 years time Cyber will be the place to be!

Try Pangaea. Bright future...

Really? It seems like one of the bigger gambles to me... Launch price already at 800++psf, is there much chance for capital appreciation? Unless if you went in early when Paragon was selling 450 sf @ 330k

Dont get me wrong tho, I love the idea of having mini skydecks every 4th floor, it was my second choice after Verdi. I wouldnt mind buying it for ownstay, just worried that the proximity to MMU and rental to students might affect resale value.

Slide 5 mentions about monorail as 1 of the public transports ..  hmm.gif

Those files were uploaded in 2012... Probably there were plans back then for a monorail, then scrapped?
