Hope MRT line 3 end in cyberjaya. If only putrajaya, hope they revive the monorail to cover the whole of putrajaya and cyberjaya from the putrajaya mrt station. I guess the original plan worked something like that. But dont know when they are going to revive it though.

I m symphony hills owner.

How much is the semi D package?  When is the expected VP?
*
2.5 ++ for a 4900+ b.u. & 5000 l.a.
Maybe by end 2015.

How about your SH? Initially I went for a semi with same price there but opt out after some thinking.

Mind to share why you choose SR between SH and SEG?
I am the semi D buyer in SEG.

SH for me looked too crowded with houses close to each other, remind me of ktm railway quarters that i used to live in when i was small, lack of privacy i presumed. While SEG I didnt give a look at all bcos the agent that sold me the SR unit didnt mention anything about it to me...huhu. Only later i found out its a better bargain due to cheaper and more sceneric with lush lakes and recreation areas within its compound plus its own lakeside mall which will be an interesting place to relax. Anyway, since I have bought SR i guess i just have to do with it and put aside any dissatisfaction feeling towards SEG bcos I still can go to tamarind square, pangea and seg mall from SR within few minutes drive. Anyway its windy and less dense there, i even can have the whole big garden and playground for my kids behind my house, and it also come with a 8 km jogging/cycling track within its compound, what else can i ask for?

May i know how much your semi d price is? I guess you have a better buy due to the tranquility envisaged in SEG.

Kl is getting busier and hectic from day to day, everybody seems to be rushing, time moves so fast here. About time to move to a place that is more tranquil, easy going and time move in a snarl like cyberjaya, eventhough i shall miss kl a lot, my home for nearly 50 years.
