Hi,
I'll travel with my family to Kyoto in October. As I know we dont need visa since 1st of July 2013 as long as we holding a new type of passport. How is the immigration process in airport? Do they ask a lot of question? Do we still need to bring the copy of bank deposit, letter of employment, payslip etc? Any one travel with baby before in AA?Since they not allowed to bring any fluid inside the flight, do they provide free hot water to make milk?
This is my 1st time travel with baby.

From: The other side...
pls dont travel wit baby onboard, u cant control her!
when she cry, it will irritate the other passenger...
---
u dont need hot water to make milk, u can buy mineral water onboard
or when u pre-order meal, they do provide u 1 mineral drink
if your baby cry, flight attendant might add in some vodka in her/his water brows.gif
---
ur baby wont know how to equalize his/her ear...
u will cause her a lot of pain, or mayb damage his/her ear
please delay the flight if he/she hv flu

Going to Tokyo this Raya Puasa.

Can anyone share whether they can make it on time to catch the keikyu line, or Express bus to Tokyo since AAX flight lands at 11pm, and dont know whether we can make it to Shinjuku Hotel in Tokyo by 1 am.

Do we have to change trains ? Is the taxi price of 8000 Yen from Haneda to Tokyo based on per person or per taxi?

From experience in Tokyo, which places worth to visit for around 3-4 days, and good eating places suitable for Malaysian taste.

Thanks.

Six of us planning to go to Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka during Raya using AAX to Haneda.

Would appreciate if anyone can share with us their experiences in Japan during their trip, such as interesting places to see, what to do, how did they manage to reach their tourist spots, Hotels late at night, experiences they cannot forget, and lastly their advice to us.

Roughly our itinerary is to spend 3 night in Tokyo, and 4 nights in Osaka. Places we intend to visit is Hakone/Mt Fuji, Fish Mkt, Shibuya, Odaiba.

In Osaka area, may go to Osaka castle, Hiroshima, Kyoto, Nara, sighseeing, etc.

We have bought 7 days JRPass, but wondering if good to go to Nikko, Gifu, etc.

Due to O-bon festival, the Onsen Ryokan rates this August are high, so is it worth it to put up in a Ryokan ?

Are there any reasonably priced Hotels along JR lines at Shinjuku which is convenient to stay, and in Osaka which is a good Hotel ?

Thanks very much as this will greatly help us as first time to Japan on our own.

If you do not do any homework what I suggest you....you won't able to get this pass from what I see from your itinerary.

IF you travel one way from Osaka to Tokyo only plus those 3 day subway in Tokyo. not really worth.

Unless you from Osaka to Tokyo then back to Osaka again then worth the price

OK, human nature clarified earlier. However, the info counter in Shijuku stn kenot speak England wan.. He will point-point a piece of paper map leading to another counter inside Odaiba Mall where you can buy the freepass. doh.gif Well, I did but the mall still close at 8:30am and only open at 9:30am.. So no choice using my pasmo prepaid card going all the way to Hakone & up to the black egg volcano. - Total return cost per pass without the free pass & using the pasmo card ~ Y6300 /pax..sumore on super slow train esp after Odawara stn all the way to the ropeway sad.gif
