You want to give advice, fine. But there's no need to be sarcastic and all. You know how the phrase goes. If you have nothing nice to say, shut your mouth.

On another note, you are not the only person I can refer for Japan trip.

It's your money ...ok.
People here seek my advice to re schedule their plan to maximum money per value to their vacation.  You don't want then .....your freedom.

Better than nothing because the Toyota website does not contain any contact to book a place.

They call it 'museum tour' but you actually get to visit the assembly line too.

Btw your 7-day JR Pass pays itself easily with your Tokyo-Hiroshima-Kyoto shinkansens. The non-Nozomi trains are pretty quick too.

Hi All,

I will be traveling to Osaka in Nov 13 for 6 days 5 nights. My budget is small and only plan to visit places around Osaka, Kyoto, Nara and perhaps Kobe. Have browsed through japan-guide.com. Thinking of buying JR west rail pass (Kansai area pass) as it is more affordable. But the pass valid for 4 days only. Any suggestions?

Besides, if I were to travel from Kansai airport to Osaka by train, any place to store the luggage?

Thanks.

I don't intend to spend so much time in Disney. Probably 5-6 hours. We plan to visit there around 1pm & return at 6pm. I not really into theme park. But my husband wants to see DisneySea otherwise I would have skip Disneyland.

For Mt Fuji & Hakone, how can I combine this 2 places?? I can't find the link for transporation.

I'll be arriving Tokyo first on 19/10/13 so shouldn't be a problem. I just bring 1 small hand carry for overnite. I can' stay 2 nites in Hakone & Kawaguchiko coz Monday I want to visit Toyota Plant in Nagoya. But I am very happy already if I can visit both Mt Fuji & Hakone for 2 days 1 nite.

Well, let u know first, bus may faster than train from kawaguchiko to shinjuku. depend on your depart time. if u go for JR train covered by JR pass, u hav to change 2 lines, unless u willing to pay for ltd xpress.

Shinjuku-Kawaguchiko.

Can use JR Limited Express on the Chuo Line from Shinjuku to Otsuki, where you need to transfer to the Fujikyu Line to Kawaguchiko -- but it's a private non-JR line, so cannot use JR Pass for this Otsuki-Kawaguchiko stretch. Transfer at Otsuki is fast, so if you are lucky, can make the journey in just 2:15hr.

Excuse me for this silly question , how is the radiation situation in Tokyo ? The water contamination at Fukushima (which is only 250km from Tokyo) , will cause any impact on the fish that we consume there ?
