btw, what is the different between Arsenal and Liverpool? only because of CL football? That alone might not be enough. LFC is better compared to Arsenal. So, Suarez is smart enough to decide which one is better.

Wow..Arsenal and their 30 million bid. Thats a surprise. 30 million is a lot for Wenger, considering its almost twice the money he paid for the current most expensive signing, Cazorla for around 16/17mil pounds. Previously was Arshavin i think around 15/16 million.

Edit: I think he just wanted to keep their fans happy claiming that he made a bid for one of the best strikers in town (knowing in hand that the bid will be rejected )

not unlike what LFC / BR are currently doing if we look at the signings during BR's reign.
to date, BR's most expensive signing is joe allen at almost 17m.
and now there's a price tag of 30m on mkhitaryan?

Yeah..Allen was constantly overrated by the press during his swansea days and the english media was too captivated with his xavi like passes, and that really drove his stock up. When BR was appointed as our manager, he being naive just had to bring his best player with him to LFC and due to the circumstances we had to pay way over for odds him. I think that was a rookie mistake and it won't happen again. Mkhitaryan although not really a 25 million player in my eyes but paying 25million for him would be justifiable. There's reason BVB fought and got his signature. He represents what could be the best/most realistic transfer we could've hoped for, for that amount of money. More established players wouldn't choose us because we do not offer CL football.

Im just glad the Mkhitaryan saga is now finally over. He's going to Germany today.

So, who are we going after next? That wilshere deal I would snap up instantly...a worthy successor to Gerrard. Just his footballing abilities, not his off field attitude/behaviour.
