Just passed by this area. Even though location just beside kl city. But this area of access is quite a problem and feeling isolated. Definitely need a car to drive out most of the time.

2 bedder unit rented out RM2500 (10% above market) back in Aug. Highest FF studio is RM1600 back in Aug. Lowest FF is RM1400. Add 3 months down the road. In Nov, studio unit rented out for RM2500? With 2 single bed design. |

I see. Got trick by their FB image then. cc: Zwean where got studio unit renting at RM2000 not to say RM2500. still feel weird why they put 2 single bed in that studio unit. |
