Same case with Fennel, people q overnight to get a unit.... Just gave 5 minutes to make a choice with 30k booking... Cancel booking then will forfeit 30k...
Now many investor willing to sell at snp price....

Not buy...is Installment for 400k House.. But depand on upfront and installment tenures...

Many reluctant to buy becos no money, dun want to commit the debts, or just waiting good location house can drop price due to recession...

400sf is about size of master room.. It still liveable.. You can check in YouTube how people can do a very nice living space for tiny house...

We have a kids, also sleep together in a room.
Act planing to renovate become 2 room but due to some problem, decline the design.

Why I need a large house if I always not at home?
Almost every weekend and holiday also went out for shopping la, to exercise la and so on..

And the price of this same as the price I bought my house few years back...

You not even want to stay longer in the tiny house... Mainly just for sleeping... Why Malaysians wanna to live like Hong Kongers when so much of land and lot of cheaper options in Malaysia... Really dun understand
