I’m the resident here more than 3 month. I convert the studio unit become a bed room.
We have a kids, also sleep together in a room.
Act planing to renovate become 2 room but due to some problem, decline the design.
I’m happy to stay at this 450sf unit, btw let me explain a bit.
My working hour 8am-5pm, normally leave home at 6.30am(sending my son to school) then after work reach home ady 7pm. So normally I stay at this home from 7pm to 6.30am next day. It is 11h30m stay at my home. I satisfy this size because I’m the one to cleaning. cool2.gif
Why I need a large house if I always not at home?
Almost every weekend and holiday also went out for shopping la, to exercise la and so on..

Everyone does the same for 9 to 5 working hours. 450 sqft is too small for a family.

I guess your kid is still young right? When ur kid grows up or when you have second kid you might need to consider tge bigger size house (eg 650sqft above).

About same size of my master bedroom...

And the price of this same as the price I bought my house few years back...

You not even want to stay longer in the tiny house... Mainly just for sleeping... Why Malaysians wanna to live like Hong Kongers when so much of land and lot of cheaper options in Malaysia... Really dun understand

i have Semi D, i have double story.
when you tidy and cleaning by yourself, u will know which is good.
somemore you said few years back the price ofcourse is very cheap.
where is your location? within this 5 years, the property close to KL really cannot find at RM350k for 2 bed room condo.
