Little Vietnam  like the vietnamese street so much so many beautiful and sexy vietnamese girls walking around but the vietnamese restaurant price is on high side despite low cost setup not sure if they doing freelance or work in local KTV  |

Nearby 28 blvd residence, there got a new project called Levia Residence. Guys, do you all have any idea about it ? how about the location wise etc ? Pls dun mind to share out your thought.

The shuttle van is still operating according to the same schedule.
On the ground floor retail area, there are several convenience stores — MyNews, KK Mart, and 7-Eleven — as well as a FamilyMart vending machine.
Recently, MPAJ has upgraded the lakeside facilities. There is now a public toilet with paid entry, new gazebos have been added, and the old dilapidated ones have been removed.
