Boss, auction not developer pasal lah. Very normal for properties to have an auction. In this case.... it's because high dense. Higher units in the development. So likelihood of auction increase lor. If a development have 10 units, harder for you to see auction.

Let's see whether bumi lot unit will have buyer or not at much cheaper pricing.
