Studio units consists of how many % from total 1920 units here?
60% or more if add in those dual key units with separated studio unit as well?

Seeing the rental market now flooding with studio units ads from here at the moment.
Other layout, 2 bedroom and above, I guess buyers who bought for own stay, so not that many ads. 

Market rate: RM1200 partial furnish. RM1500 full furnish.
Not bad rate considering launch price for studio was below 300k (cheapest from 270k).
Is an above 6% yield.

I thought 3 mths already in danger...but take 6 mths to appear in lelong market.

Drop 3 times to Rm218, 700, this price is more attractive.

Yes developer unit selling RM 285k. But unfortunately all sold out and many people queuing to buy.

Blk 4 is soho rite?

Tower B (SA)
Tower C (SA)
Tower D (SOHO)

no idea whether it changed into Block 1,2,3,4.
but still the final block 4 (or Tower D) is SOHO, not SA.

Only those that the owners are trying to sell themselves.

Anything else under any agents they won't entertain any sales at under RM320k.

You've obviously not tried calling and dealing with the agents that are listing units at RM290k, those are there purely to fish for leads.

Yes Block A, B, C shares 1 "grand lobby", block D has it's own lobby area. If not mistaken, block D was supposed to be a hotel initially, hence the different lobby area. Both lobby area look good, so to me it doesn't make much difference.

I am interested as well if 200k
