Next to uphill highway?! OMG the whole building will be very noisy. Going uphill puts extra strains on the car/motorbike/lorrys' engine making extra noise especially for some old vehicle the engine gets really really loud and sounds like its struggling, extra engine smoke & etc. No matter wat the price no good for own stay.
