after mosque..u have one budget hotel to be built there then novum then another land to be developed baru reach South Link. Of course, noise still there...whole Bangsar South can hear la. Actually main highway noise is more serious issues than mosque as highway like federal highway ll be busy all the time...good that there is south point hotel by uoa blocking it in future.

but from what i know, southview block b doesn't have dibs and its 8xxpsf, so more expensive than south link right

Not sure as i did not ask but i have letter saying repeat purchase of UOA properties will get 2% off. Did u receive the letter?

does anyone know that is part of the package aside from the unit itself ? i.e. a/c, heater, furnishings ?

No. I didnt know that i need to regiater to becoming ex buyer.....

All i know now the discount factor is 8% off spa price and 8 (6+2) off deposit

all are commercial titled service apartments. not much of a difference since gateway is struggling and so will the rest.

Looking at no of units, bloodbath in rental market expected. Only the cheapest or lowest absolute price units will prevail...

The response from investor is amazing. Within 1 week plus period, almost all pre launch unit got snapped up. I heard this Thursday early bird discount will be reduced from 8% to 3%, so it's literally a 5% price increase just within 2 weeks from pre launch. Lucky early birds earned 20k minimum already. If you are interested, better go there and lock a unit now, still have few units of pre launch remaining with early bird package. Price is lowest in that BS area.

South Link has been prelaunched past week with psf lower than Southview. Now with the good response, they can reduce 5% from current 8+8% rebate. This may make Southview owners a bit happier

30 over unit one floor the highest in current market now? Any project 40 over unit one floor?

Have to consider that lifts supplied is 5+1 for low zone and 6+1 for high zone

Total is 11+2 lifts for 1422units where majority is studios and 1+1.
