450sf is studio...491sf is 1+1....all nett 3xxk. Bigger units lain cerita.

after mosque..u have one budget hotel to be built there then novum then another land to be developed baru reach South Link. Of course, noise still there...whole Bangsar South can hear la. Actually main highway noise is more serious issues than mosque as highway like federal highway ll be busy all the time...good that there is south point hotel by uoa blocking it in future.

bulk purchase is.mere bullshit...zero pm received from the so called bulk purchase arranger for 15+8pc...lyn info really misleading. So, my SA from UOA is right..no such bullshit.

think about it in different way..it is similar like having 10 units 3 bedders 1800sf size per floor with 6 lifts. When comes with studio or majority 1 bedroom apartment ..units per floor sure ll be high...perhaps we need to be more realistic n see it in different way on density issue.

good one. I believe after Novum and the hotel are completed. the walkway to LRT there ll be nicer. at least with traffic ll be much better..if come with trees and proper pathway..

UOA style lo...i think ppls did mention that is the way UOA market their products but some ppls said how to sell 1k+ unit if they up the price and acted nothing. i think indecisive or wait n see do hav a price to pay la. Differrnt developers market their product differently...just not to miss uoa early birda next time if someone really keeen on UOA product. yes when they first launched top two floors were opened n below rm400k nett

May i know the reason why u wan high floor but facing the building in short distance? I find SL, those facing internally will need to tahan the view being the four walls. Unless u are higher than the wall (hotel facing with longer distance). The rest internal voew all walls to me. Just my IMO.
