So many uoa haters here.

Uoa is more reliable than some other 3suku developers in term of built quality.

Just dun expect uoa gives u seksan landscaping n branded fittings n arty designs n facade.

Some project give seksan landscaping, branded fittings, stunning facede buyer still complain. Can't meet everyone's expectation. Really.

450sf is studio...491sf is 1+1....all nett 3xxk. Bigger units lain cerita.

psf wise is pretty much unchanged from UOA Southview next door (when it was launched 4 years ago during the BBB days)

Now developer also undercut its own project to fight for buyers...

Southview especially block A has DIBS. This has 5-8% interest saving. And Southlink buyers don't have ownship of car park, but get to use it first come first serve.
Southview has about 13 units per floor vs southlink 33.
Nevertheless, the southlink low absolute price due to small size is very attractive for BS entry.
