IMO it is not the lack of links that causing the congestion but it is the traffic light and haphazard parking infront of flats/ university LRT station.

Hmm, to me, the 1+1 is a better choice.
Price is only slightly higher, but the unit is suitable for 2-3 occupants. (Like students Or a couple and a young kid)
On the other hand, the studio has no rooms and can at most accommodate one couple.

491sqf obviously, extra 30k but u get a study room and living room and free kitchen cabinet, so when husband is watching TV or working wife can still go to bed, haha

1 person bulk purchase or group purchase? But I think currently not much unit left... only left those undesirable units like level 14,44, break tank, lift room, etc...
