The response from investor is amazing. Within 1 week plus period, almost all pre launch unit got snapped up. I heard this Thursday early bird discount will be reduced from 8% to 3%, so it's literally a 5% price increase just within 2 weeks from pre launch. Lucky early birds earned 20k minimum already. If you are interested, better go there and lock a unit now, still have few units of pre launch remaining with early bird package. Price is lowest in that BS area.

If you compare the psf for that area and Southlink, you will notice this project is the cheapest and on limited FREEHOLD land. Research yourself the rental and subsale price in that area like South View. Walking distance to 2 LRT stations, Nexus, KL Gateway and 2 floors of F&B in the same building, close to MidValley and upcoming KL Eco City, new DUKE3 highway. Do you think can find a property like this below rm400k in year 2021?

Not just cater for working expats bro, can target tourist who likes shopping in MidValley or KL, and visitors who's planning to do IVF in Sunfert (Nexus) or family of those that admitted to PPUM might want to stay temporarily nearby. Like airbnb la. biggrin.gif

1 carpark allocated is mentioned black and white on papers. Since it is floating, hence no specific parking lot no. is mentioned but it is allocated. Together with 3AC and kitchen cabinet, all stated on papers. 4.5 years to complete.

Covered walkway is not mentioned yet on SPA because it is still under proposal. I was informed it was submitted to the authority pending approval. Btw, they have put up the building model, and the proposed link bridge is there as part of model. You can snap photo as reference in future. Also, you can see how the FnB are located on the 2 floors downstairs.

I also heard 60% signed, even though not all floors opened yet.
