Southview especially block A has DIBS. This has 5-8% interest saving. And Southlink buyers don't have ownship of car park, but get to use it first come first serve.
Southview has about 13 units per floor vs southlink 33.
Nevertheless, the southlink low absolute price due to small size is very attractive for BS entry.

South Link has been prelaunched past week with psf lower than Southview. Now with the good response, they can reduce 5% from current 8+8% rebate. This may make Southview owners a bit happier

From Southview high floor you can hear the noises. But once you close the sliding door and windows, very minimal noise from the highway or the construction below.

The bridge steel structure is already done at south view beside car park level 1, near federal highway. One end is towards klgw premium and the other end near south point/south link.

During prelaunch, top floor west/pool facing unit 52-3, 491sf list price was 456k. Rebate was 8+8%. Net about 386k.
Facing east is only slightly lower.
Face south about 30k more.
Face north about 20k more.

Since then, there were 2 increase,. First the rebate dropped to 3+8%. The 2nd was few days ago with 10k increase in list price.

Price increase per floor is only 500.
