This area is next to Sungai jinjang. Not the most desirable areas to live in KL but it's desirability may go up as the lake itself is gazetted under the river of life project. Also, the developer has an arrangement w the government to build the boardwalks and park facilities around the development by the lake edge but maintained by DBKL. In all there would be 1,800 units after everything is up by 2020. Mah Sing is trying to sell a lifestyle.

huh? the lake is gazetted under river of life? that's something new to me. any information to back this claim?
lakeside development is tricky.
everybody have great adverts to lakeside living but so far, can't recall any exciting ones.
remember the brochures of:
sunway south quay?
the haven in ipoh?
taman puchong prima, the wharf, etc and the many other developments near the lake in puchong?
lbs' d'island?
cova villa and cova suites?

how are all these fellas doing?

heck even lake featured resorts such as tasik kenyir resort, bukit merah, & pedu lake are not doing well.

I thought the River of Life project does not go beyond KL town centre?
that mean not even the river beside RiverCity Jalan Ipoh.
Can enlighten us?
I guess Mah Sing can do something about it on the lake as its major shareholder got big muscle.

Went to 9 Seputih Launch on Sat.
In their Model house they show Klang River and add on (River of Life)
When I asked the SA, they do not know much of it.

I guess beside carrying sand, it helps developers to push their products too.

Tengster. U are really giving ur hard work in this project. Why don just make it clear, highlight those disadvantages n ask all the forumer stay away this project. again everyone will choose the property which they believe it will success n worth. so y dont just give lakevile supporter a space to share their joy n happiness. Lakevill n eco sky are same both in tmn wahyu just difference developer n land title. But lakeville is giving attrative price n package compare to eco sky. By they way are u eco world staff? U seem super very verh support eco world le. All eco world project jln ipoh, semenyih, johore.

for those who concern about the unpleasant smell from incinerator, according to my site people, they do not received any bad smell so far. Ambient air monitoring is carrying out at the site too.

for those who concern about the filled soil (ex-rubbish dump site), the soil is well compacted according to standard + soil treatment + piles are socketing into rock.

Thats what i can share hope can help
