I think it is walkable. Maybe like 600 meter or so. less than 10 min walk for sure.

Imagin doing piling work and then hit rubber tire at the bottom (as part of the gold buried underneath)....and this is highrise building....What will happen?

Nothing happen.
if displacement pile than just driven through lol.
if non- displacement pile than core through lol.
Pile is design for end bearing or skin friction, nothing do with rubber or non rubber.

yes concern if too near <500m distance n in the eyesight..... psychologically people already not happi when seeing this high tension cable......summore incinerator nearby (~2km point to point distance).....oh my....

pros: lower price (compare to Ekosky),lakeview, further a bit from incinerator
cons: commercial title, leasehold 99yrs (end 2113), high tension cable (200-300m), incinerator (2km radius)
