Don't think its in the plan at all... anything that is not budgeted for, it will not be carried out... but no harm trying to propose.. good luck!!

Mostly ppl who buy lakeville are for own stay or investment? If mostly for investment for sure the condo will be haunted cos for sure alot unit will be empty. So many blocks, so many unit and so many other condos nearby.

Just worry cos i buying for own stay and if mostly are investor, i plan to pull back my purchase as i dont want to stay with no neighbour

I am from tower a, purchase for homestay. I think most is for homestay instead of investment due to high density .

I believe investor not that much on this project due to this area with that much of project running. Own stay is quite a good choice considering the low entry cost involve since is partially furnish already.

This is what I think lar.

Ya, expecially the kitchen furnishing and free electronic device can save a lot.
My simple kitchen renovation cost me RM20k... The kitchen cabinet charges by feet...

Totally agree on this, nowadays the kitchen cabinet pricing is so expensive ... do a little also cost a lot already. Huh !!!

How do u find the area nearby lakeville? Frankly , I find lakeville location is not bad due to road accessibility . The place is kinda peaceful n quiet at night ( we won't know what will happen in the futures after completion). It is better in a way than ecosky as there are no PPR apartments .Every night u will see ppl from ppr near ecosky are parking their cars along the roadside . In my viewpoint, lakeville will benefit from the success of ecosky( so called similar concept to setiawalk) if it turns out to be.

If most ppl buying for own stay then will be great. Hopefully not much investor. Dont want it end up with many empty units and nobody paying the maintanence fees. Anybody bought tower f level 25?

Anybody more plan tl buy lakeville?really would like to split the 1% commision. Should ask u guys first before paying the booking fee

anybody here tried getting kitchen cabinet from QUBIQ? how is the cost and their service and workmanship? on my casual browsing and discussion with their sales guy, seems like their cabinets are quite value for money.

Have not use the QUBIQ service before but based on the last round checking, around 1 year plus before in a fair, their price seems a bit high compare to others. Not too sure how was it now.

Thanks! I was comparing Lakeville Mah Sing also..why Lakeville more expensive than KL Traders? Because of close to upcoming MRT Line2? This is great about 500m walking distance to the station! Congrat!
*
Ic.if the mrt2 line is confirmed , it will be good news for us 😆😆

One possibility is the project to be suspended or else don't think there will be sudden mrt changes
