After read through n did some study just know that block f mountain view is facing 2 small stp. No wonder nobody buy.

lakeville sales slow..bangi better sales..savanna block d price will almost same with lakville early bird price..
block f left more than hundred plus unit..block d still got 3xx unit not yet launch..
i heard many will wait for block g lakeville , price from 300k ..

Lakeville need to have strict security next time to prevent outsiders from coming in to use the common facilities.

never trust mahsing. especially if they tell you verbally.to them, lies and lives are cheap.

Mahsing is a very ambitious developer and has grown leaps and bounds in past 5 years. Workmanship is average....

Not much after vp services...or not as appreciative of customers as developers such as eco world, dpc

Jus booked Block B, 1365sf, salesman says lake and KLCC view, but when i look at google map, KLCC is on the left, might not even be able to see 

Ill hv to settle for that, not on a high floor though, most important is lake view although a little disappointing cant see KLCC, salesguy still says can see from the side of the balcony, hope so cos I got the unit with the bigger balcony, one good thing is tat the balcony railings is tempered glass and done quite nicely

X Very high maintenance fee
X Accessibility, just next Jalan Kuching, need U-turn at Batu Cave roundabout, nowadays the traffic at roundabout is very bad

3) Lakepark
- Cheaper
- Close to pasar borong
X Jalan Kuching is the only access to city, MRR2 to Gombak/kepong.. but again, the roundabout......
X JL88, no completed project as reference... ex-car dealer

4) Kiara East.
*quite different product to the above 3
- Accessibility very good, flyover to jln Kuching, access to jalan Ipoh through Munchong School, access to Sentul through Tmn Mastiara/KTM Kampung Batu.
- Next to KTM station
- Fully furnished
