Authority requirement i am not sure, but usually 10 feet is the minimum.
Higher is good for aesthetic reason. But the higher it goes the bigger capacity aircond you need.

I have asked before. Its 9 feet. Not high esp if you plan to have plaster ceiling. Its possible that the show unit ceiling height is higher hence looks more spacious.

standard is 2.8m floor to floor height after deduct slab thk (normal 150mm) & floor topping (normal 50mm) u will get clear height 2.6m depend the work quality.

nor low cost housing u will see 2.5 floor to floor & clear height in 2.3m

9ft is low…… not easy for ceiling fan and plaster ceiling…

if 9ft for clear should be ok.
but if 9ft for floor to floor than will be some problem for plaster ceiling

Nope ... the ceiling height is 10 feet or more than that. Cause one of the selling point that MS sales person tell me is this. I'm concern on the ceiling height during asking that time.

Got SA told me is 10.5ft too... but haha, not really convince.... better check with MS and if better can get a set of the approved Architect building plan to confirm

Future incinerator will be built at taman beringin, not to mention Lakeville was previously a rubbish dump site with polluted soil

Well, easy.... Just go google for "incinerator kepong" then you will get the news about it, taman beringin is at the other side of the lake

I see. According to the google maps, I search the Taman Beringin it's about 5km to Taman Wahyu. From here, should be ok for the Lake Ville. Please correct me the distance if I'm wrong.

Ecosky is closer to the controversial proposed incinerator probably 1-2km . Lakeville location is better although it may be a drawback for some ppl .

It's about the small particles pollution in air from the incinerator. Small particles don't travel using Google map estimated route. Added disaster if there's a lot rubbish vans pass by the area everyday.

I believe you have done some research on the incinerator and the impact, probably you have know that anything between 15km radius will be affected too. So now only the ecosky and lakeville is affected, the affected area will be up to Istana negara area. I'm wondering where do you live now ....
