Anyway:-
1. Incinerator sure will impact appreciation of the property that nearby. The nearest the biggest impact
2. Incinerator should not build in the proposed area as it's close to many residential areas. Although the argument from government is move away to further from town will increase the operation cost such as logistic cost.

Honestly I didn't know it gonna affect up to 15km radius. Wahhhh! if like that those located at the core radius sure jialat.

Incinerator or not...Ecosky and Lakeville still fly!! Have both big developers declared anything on this to buyers?

Just bought a unit at tower f 25th floor.any of my neighbour here?

Ask mahsing on the medium cost apartment...they say havent finalize yet wheather will build it or not

Not many for tower f.bought the 1077sqf.price 743800 before rebate.they are going to launch tower e in 2-3 weeks.

Anyone can confirm wheater they going to build the medium cost apartment next door. Mahsing dont want to say yes or no.onli say stil havent approve n is not finalize yet.

The condo is build above ground which previously mining field. Correct me if i am wrong. Is it safe for high rise building to be errect there?

The affordable housing is confirmed being built. Its inside the project title phase 1!! Means while Archi issue CCC for phase 1, the affordable housing shall be completed too. Unless Mahsing is so damn powerful to change the approved title which against Housing Act, Strata Act, DBKL rule, obtained consent from all purchasers~~, then another story…

Mahsing……… they dun care what purchaser feel 1… u buy u come… u bought already, they hardly response to u anymore……

What is the main attractive point make you to the buy the lakeville?
Today go to the sale galery... the 3 acre facility floor very nice... but my self still prefer to the landed property.

I am buying for own stay. With the partial furnish, i no need to do much renovation already. Of course landed property is the best but the price of it is crazy. The ones within budget looks too run down and need to do alot of renovation.

Now if i intro anyone to buy lakeville i will get 1% commision. So whoever interested can contact me. The commision we split it to reduce the booking fee

Ya, expecially the kitchen furnishing and free electronic device can save a lot.
My simple kitchen renovation cost me RM20k... The kitchen cabinet charges by feet...
