Hmmm if I'm not mistaken you're not allowed to sublet rooms unless you're the owner. Anyways as long as hdb dunno then it's fine, just make sure your neighbours don't harbour any grudge towards you lol.

Not only you treat the neighbours nice, you also need to treat the tenant nice because he can cause as much trouble as the neighbours. laugh.gif

Tenants are allowed to sublet out room as long as they obtained written approval from the landlord. However there's a maximum number of pax allowed to stay on the unit, for example the max pax for the two bed room is six pax.

Just help me to spread the words around la~ thanks smile.gif

It is a rat race in Singapore but the money is good, better than Malaysia. But the rat race can cause people living in Singapore snap easily eg. the recent fake commando snapping at the library in Singapore.

my mate who worked in Australia as an accountant, never in an audit firm applied for assistant manager and is offered about 4.5k though i am not sure if that is inclusive of CPF or not.

You can perhaps ask for 3.5 - 4k ? Unless you think that's too low you can back it up higher and let them come back to you with a counter offer

edit: My mate is current working in commercial firm and not audit firm. For audit in Big 4, if you are looking at a lower senior role its roughly around 4.5k

We've just found a unit @ Ghim Moh estate (in between Buona V and Holland V MRT), engaged an agent called Reagan. Sincere and trustworthy service but charges half month of agent service fee for a year lease / or one month for two year lease.

He arranged few viewings on our first day of arrival and we managed to find and confirm the unit on the second day.

2.X ~ 3.X , depends on how good you can talk, and if you are scholar / 1st class honor student from SG
