We've rented the whole unit and subletting out one room.

Tenants are allowed to sublet out room as long as they obtained written approval from the landlord. However there's a maximum number of pax allowed to stay on the unit, for example the max pax for the two bed room is six pax.

We've just found a unit @ Ghim Moh estate (in between Buona V and Holland V MRT), engaged an agent called Reagan. Sincere and trustworthy service but charges half month of agent service fee for a year lease / or one month for two year lease.

He arranged few viewings on our first day of arrival and we managed to find and confirm the unit on the second day.

we've just moved to sg too. for temporary stay, if you dun mind sharing bathroom with other tourists, can consider Rucksack Inn. We stayed in the one @ Temple St, which is just next to Chinatown MRT. Very convenient
