Yes I bought one, that's why I am taking actions against them now over their unethical ways of selling/marketing..there is a lot of difference with selling using Pavilion and without. I did not get any official reply in writing too. But I received a call from their Sales Manager who is based in the showroom. Anyway, I did put down my HP# and my Unit# in the email.
