Malton/pavilion must take responsible of wat they said. INI macam budak play sand. Sibeh cheat pipu kau kau. Soso location n surrounding look so jialat liao. If not PV promise to manage the shop... Seriously sibeh Nobody very want to buy.

It matters. I am also from real estate secondary market so I could see the effects greatly. Be it for flippers or own stay it will make a lot of difference. Esp for people who intend to buy for own stay, of course it makes a lot of difference. For that piece of valley-like land and that location, do you think it is still as attractive as it was marketed earlier without the name of pavilion?

I think Block B is selling a bit too slow at the moment. . Even the show room is quite empty nowadays.

I'm not naive, but this is the fact. If you think is marketing gimmick, so wait till next year and see. Look around you all the thing keep on increasing and ringgit value keep on dropping. Even though gst didn't implemented, price still increase as the living cost increase and population increase which cause the price keep on increase. So we just wait next year and see. All the point is just a theory and no one know what will happen tomorrow.
