My colleagues and I have 4 people to buy in this place. still one havent sign the spa.

i know there have 3 panel lawyer.

and i pay the fee is

disbursement laywer RM 400

loan agreement with disbursement fee RM 2825.

The pay is included stamp duty (spa and loan) and the disburment fee.

i already compare with outside is cheaper , so cant to get any discount for laywer.

n my downpayment is take epf pay, i need to wait spa agreement the after stamp, collect a part document to apply kwsp.

my use CHRISTINA CHIA LAW CHAMBERS.

I'm feeling good. 3 colleagues and I bought together.

We buy actually do a lot of query, in bad advice, dun add oneself pressure.

The next thing I think is good, may be unilateral, but must to know the surrounding shops are belong to Malton.
