Btw do you guys know that the retail lots at SK one residence will not be managed by pavilion anymore? One of the sales staff called to inform me abt this n I got a big shock of my life. I can't believe this can happen in Malton! They will now sell it to individual owners. I don't like the idea that they tried hard to use pavilion as one of their selling points and now they are trying to remove the branding right before signing snp. I find this very unethical. Speaking from a real estate background, there is really a big difference when the retails are managed by pavilion and when they sell to individual owners cos there is no control on the tenants and on the occupancy rate of the shops if it's to be sold to individual owners. End up we will have a worse subsale value and for own stay, I think it is very much less ideal as the place will definitely have no good control on the retailers. Yes i feel cheated too. What a way of conducting business! They sell us the branding n now trying to remove it away as they like. We as buyers must voice out! I have just wrote an email to their GM and their COO. I would not have bought this because of pavilion. And their sales staff told me that i can cancel the purchase if I don't like. But I have to pay penalty to the bank if I cancel at this point cos offer letter was signed. I think this is really unetchical. I am getting from HLB. There is penalty 2k. I will demand for a JUSTICE. It's not about the 2k but it's about the unethical ways of conducting a business. Yes I know about the balcony siZe too and I will talk to them about this too after the retail issues. But they did put up those brands owned by Pavilion at the Architectural Models in the showroom earlier during the launch. Eg. GrandMama's. I went there last Friday and they have taken all down. Yes I bought one, that's why I am taking actions against them now over their unethical ways of selling/marketing..there is a lot of difference with selling using Pavilion and without. I did not get any official reply in writing too. But I received a call from their Sales Manager who is based in the showroom. Anyway, I did put down my HP# and my Unit# in the email. It matters. I am also from real estate secondary market so I could see the effects greatly. Be it for flippers or own stay it will make a lot of difference. Esp for people who intend to buy for own stay, of course it makes a lot of difference. For that piece of valley-like land and that location, do you think it is still as attractive as it was marketed earlier without the name of pavilion?
