If I look into the facade and colour, I thought this is Trinity's alike Z Residence.

Malton product wont be cheap.

Nowaday everyone want MRT to reach their place.

There is no detail on this condo at Malton page....
only have stated there Seri Kembangan, 3.4acres land, retails lot and apartments...

last time was expensive but now should be not so expensive already because house price increased so much already. I think it is > 400psf only.

If this location compare to the other one near Kung Ming school in Desa Serdang/Serdang lama, the later should be better because nearer to main road, Komuter and future MRT. Access roads also good and less traffic.
