Previously heard the SA said they will decorate the surrounding of the pool. Hope it is true la..haha

Btw do you guys know that the retail lots at SK one residence will not be managed by pavilion anymore? One of the sales staff called to inform me abt this n I got a big shock of my life. I can't believe this can happen in Malton! They will now sell it to individual owners. I don't like the idea that they tried hard to use pavilion as one of their selling points and now they are trying to remove the branding right before signing snp. I find this very unethical.

Speaking from a real estate background, there is really a big difference when the retails are managed by pavilion and when they sell to individual owners cos there is no control on the tenants and on the occupancy rate of the shops if it's to be sold to individual owners. End up we will have a worse subsale value and for own stay, I think it is very much less ideal as the place will definitely have no good control on the retailers.

Yes i feel cheated too. What a way of conducting business! They sell us the branding n now trying to remove it away as they like. We as buyers must voice out! I have just wrote an email to their GM and their COO.

I would not have bought this because of pavilion. And their sales staff told me that i can cancel the purchase if I don't like. But I have to pay penalty to the bank if I cancel at this point cos offer letter was signed.

I think this is really unetchical.
