I received call from SA on SPA signing today too. And informed that Pavillion no longer manage the shop lot. The shop lot will be open for sales.

Mine is maybank..ask them already, no penalty eventhough LO signed..1st retail lot issue..then size of balcony changed! Did u know? Worse is i get to knw that here and nt from SA..d SA didnt informed me at all until i asked her
